We do not provide refunds unless the service is faulty for 48 consecutive hours.

Use the Services in any manner that could damage, disable, or impair SwanHost systems.
7. Content and Intellectual Property
Clients retain ownership of all content hosted on SwanHost.
SwanHost may remove content that violates these Terms or applicable laws.
Clients grant SwanHost a non-exclusive license to store, transmit, and process content to provide the Services.
8. Data and Backups
SwanHost performs regular backups but does not guarantee recovery in all cases.
Clients are responsible for maintaining their own copies of content and data.
9. Security
SwanHost implements reasonable security measures, but no system is completely secure.
Clients are responsible for securing their account credentials and applications.
10. Limitation of Liability
SwanHost is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for Services in the 12 months preceding a claim.
11. Termination
SwanHost may suspend or terminate Services for breach of these Terms, non-payment, or illegal activity.
Clients may terminate Services at any time by following cancellation procedures.
12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Australia.
