For your website and email to function correctly, your domain’s DNS records must point to our network.

Nameserver Configuration

SwanHost's default nameservers are

ns1.swanhost.com.au
ns2.swanhost.com.au

Note: If handled incorrectly, changing nameservers can cause website and email downtime. Make sure you have a copy of your existing DNS records before making any changes.

IP Address

Network information, including your website’s IP address, can be found on the respective websites dashboard: Control Panel > Websites > Select your website > Scroll down the homepage.
